As a pool and beach management company, our foundation is built on protecting and contributing to the wellbeing of marine life.

This includes a dedicated, hands-on effort to ensure each community we serve is thoroughly cared for, with all trash properly collected and disposed of at the end of each day. To further our commitment, starting in Winter 2026, Honu’s staff, family, and friends will host and participate in bi-monthly beach cleanups.

Though we take pride in our daily efforts, we recognize that there is always more to be done to protect and preserve our oceans and beaches. For this reason, Honu currently makes annual contributions to the Broward County Sea Turtle Conservation Program (BCSTCP).

Additionally, in Summer 2025, we began sponsoring camper scholarships at Camp Live Oak, a South Florida-based program focused on environmental education and marine science.

Looking ahead, Honu is excited to expand its impact by launching a scholarship program in 2027. This initiative will support students pursuing marine-related studies at Broward College, Miami Dade College, Florida Atlantic University, or Florida International University.
